      Great benefits Has FTO/DTO 8 weeks of Holiday vacation

      Cons

      *Micro managers/directors who will ask you to access clients information with your personal email when your work email doesn’t have access yet. *Poor communication skills from the top. Will leave you on read for hours *absolutely no D&I board that I am aware of, if there is, they do nothing!

      Pros

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!

      Gets very busy at times. But no real cons for me.
