Work life balance is amazing here, everyone respects and realizes that you have your own life outside of work. Clear career progression as well.

This is the best company out there to work for!!
Cons
Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!
