Great company - Customer Service April Tax Solutions Employee Review

Lots of room for ownership and impact, the ability to truly build from the ground up, GREAT people, healthy work life balance, room for professional development and career opportunities are available, amazing benefits and yearly offsite (Madrid this year, Miami last year, etc)

None that I can think of

Very fun company/team activities, there are genuinely good people in engineering, hybrid model works great, good location, fair salary.

Company was great to work for at first, sure there was a lot of stress but it felt like a young startup where we all were in it together for the long hall, it felt fun to come to the office, however, Management over the past 1.5 years has shifted to playing favorites and getting political, a lot of strong people left because when someone doesn't agree with management they start building a case against them, giving them bad reviews after glowing reviews and putting them on a 30 day PIP (which ends in termination in almost all cases). There is no work/life balance, especially during tax season and you are expected to be available at all hours including weekends sometimes + on-call, to add to that they decided to limit their 'unlimited' vacation policy and you have a very stressful group of people who develop a grudge against management with no one to turn to, when you do complain, you get scolded and marked as problematic.
