      Pros

      Cleantech and renewable energy focused I left after 5 months (before my probation was over), therefore, could go immediately instead of waiting 3 more months

      Cons

      Unnecessary stress about being "perfect" and fear of making mistakes reducing freedom to brainstorm -> clear inferiority complex from upper management comparing themselves to BCG and McKinsey Hours far exceeded what was stated in interviews -> lack of respect for work life balance Poor business planning and company performance reduces bonus and increases company stress

Strategy consulting slowed across the industry in 2024 but is picking up again, the M and A pipeline is very full. There is much potential across our cleantech sectors to be tapped.
