Pros
The only Pros is that only 6 employee are there so you can adjust your self very easily in the company and all are Fed up working here.
Cons
1. Very long working hours 10 am to 8.30 pm and after that discussion with the only boss for half and hour which makes it above 9 pm everyday. 2. 11 hours working in the basement. only Tea is Provided that too of poor quality made up of milk powder , out of 6 employee only 2 or 3 prefer to drink it. 3. Two year bond and documents of 10th ,12th and B.tech are kept for 2 years. 4. No experience is given to employees if they leave in between for any reason. 5. No holidays are provided even on many National holiday. 6. only 10000 rupees is the salary and there is very little appraisal even if you worked very hard. 7. If your performance decreases then they will put pressure on you so that you yourself break the bond. 8 . Very poor quality training is provided and after that you have to work on individual projects and there is no Team work. 9. Many Ex employee have prefer leaving the company and breaking the bond at any cost. 10. 45 days notice period is there after the completion of 2 years bond. 11. No salary slip is given . No Pf or etc things . Direct salary is given to your personal bank account. 12. Poor Infrastructure. 13. six days working and sometimes have to work on Sunday also. 15. No work life balance. 16. Poor location.
