I think this is a great company to work with, Andre (CEO) is a great person who takes all the time to listen to every coworker and takes action, He is a great leader!!! From VP engineering to my supervisor I always receive help and constant feedback to make my work every day better. I had a special personal situation in that I was exposed to HR and the CEO (Very complicated ) and they do not hesitate to help me now There are no words to express my appreciation and thanks for all, Constantly the work values Accountability, Sense of urgency and Critical Thinking are present in my co-workers and learning so much from them. Appvance is my second family and I am sure that all collaborators think the same!!

No cons at all...too much great work to do!!

My time at Appvance has been an incredible journey. This is a fast-moving company with a product that is truly leading the industry. Although we are still in start-up mode, which means we often wear many hats, it's exciting to be exposed to so many different aspects of the business. This exposure has been invaluable in helping me develop my skillset. One of the things I appreciate most about Appvance is the involvement of our CEO. Unlike many leaders who manage from behind a computer screen, our CEO is always willing to be customer-facing and directly involved. This hands-on approach not only boosts team morale but also ensures we stay connected to our customers' needs and feedback. Overall, Appvance is a fantastic place to work if you're looking for a dynamic environment where you can grow and make a real impact.

As a startup, there are occasional growing pains and processes that are still being ironed out. As we continue to grow that means that resources can sometimes be limited, and teams need to be creative and resourceful.
