Great company, amazing. On a rocket ship of growth.

It is a start up and comes with the common pains that a start up has. It also is an abnormal start up that is moving faster than most.

I can't really think if any pros other than a helpful IT department.

Really sexist atmosphere, inappropriate jokes and leadership that is unorganized and barely present. Hopefully they fired the guy who was my boss screaming at people and generally making the office uncomfortable while making everyone on his team quit. Ultimately I ended my contract because of how toxic the atmosphere was, if your not a man or not former military don't expect to move up.
