We are proud to have a team with longevity - with the average tenure being 10 years or more with ATS. We actually have mulitple employees with more than 20 years of service. Our current turnover rate is lower than the industry standard, indicating strength in employee satisfaction and comraderie, contrary to this review. We appreciate your feedback however and will make note of your concerns.
