You get left alone Below average benefits and pay No transparency in the company, impossible to find information about products , services, or research on company database. If they dont actually want you to do something well they put the task into the company database so that nothing can be tracked. This is a CHEAP place to work. Everything is cheap. EVERYTHING. Will cut costs only to have to do a more expensive workaround. Work Culture can be toxic If you are not Indian, Asian or speak Chinese, you will not fit in here. You will not get training In place of training micromanagement and gaslighting will start Management not receptive to being a normal workplace Bad behavior attributed to a 'startup' culture, when in fact, this company has been around for 11 years. Stuck in the 90's with technology and unable and unwilling to get up to speed with current technology. Get ready to hear 'Ive done it that way before', this is X dept its the /wild west', etc when you ask for people to plan their projects. This is a very reactive company. All you will do is put out proverbial fires and deal with 'emergencies'. Such as, emergency experiments.....
