      Pros

      Got to see big refrigeration facilities in person. Got to chat with Technicians (super cool and down to earth). Good first job (between small & big company)… but there are always better jobs out there. Don’t settle.

      Cons

      No growth available. Low salary. Cubicle location could’ve been better. Undervalued and given non-engineering work. Management was all over the place with directives.

      Pros

      Some great engineers, project managers and sales team.

      Cons

      It is not about how well you do your job at APCCO. It’s simply whether or not the COO and CEO like you. Lack of understanding of basic finance and business principles. Too much favoritism over skill and integrity. “Values” touted don’t exist in action.
