      Without the nepotism causing lack of needed communication, lack of proper training, and joblessness while still being employed, it's a decent place. When you actually do get to talk to the manager, he's 90% reasonable

      Cons

      Nepotism. You'll be told to reschedule your doctor's appointments to fit their bill. They don't exactly honor 40hr full time weeks. You'll be targeted for anything the family can at this post in particular. Part of the nepotism. Creates uncomfortable environment

      Pros

      they provide excellent training and support to prepare you for your job duties and assignments.

      Cons

      They can be a little too obsessed with their training. They bring you in the office every quarter for extensive eight hours training. They do pay you though for the training which I like.
