Pros
The benefits are great. Health benefits are complete and at no cost to the employee. The are good educational benefits as well. The retirement benefits are extremely good. They calculate 15% of the money you earned for the past year, and put that amount in a SEP IRA at no cost to you! They also allow you to have flexible hours.
Cons
No vacation, and no holidays. (They say that we get paid more to make up for it, but I am not sure that it works out that way.) Management does not relay information in timely fashion. They like to keep too many secrets. Bonuses are very hard to come by. Praise is rarely heard. The average worker's ideas do not seem to matter much to management.
