Amazingly capable team, from the execs down. Everyone knows their stuff. Smart technologists, lots of industry knowledge, and inherently good people with a lot of heart. Company leadership cares about the people and treats them with kindness and respect.
Cons
It's a startup, so priorities change a lot and there's lots of work. But that's also what makes it exciting.
