Cons
If there is an area that you're lacking in either interpersonal or technical, there is no formal process setup at their company to address it. They'll communicate verbally if there's ever a problem, but beyond that, there's no official way to track personal growth and progress at the company.
How we were awarded bonuses was arbitrary, although it is possible the company has a written out policy on how the bonuses are calculated and administered. It was never highlighted or discussed among any person. I did check the employee handbook.
When I got hired, I felt like I was lacking some technical skills I needed for the role, but in the interview process it seemed like the company was more interested in how I got along with others or how I answered the questions, rather than what was said.
Pay was good, but benefits were just okay.
