very flexible with work schedule. Can make a lot of money if lead room is on their A game.
Cons
BS leads and expect you to sell them. Will force previous customers to get a quote when not ready to buy, and expect you to sell them again shortly after buying initially, even though they explicitly say they can't buy more now and they'll send you anyway because it's a "lead"
