This was avery easy job while i was taking classes in college.
Cons
they expected too much out of a low paying job. The kitchen manager was not fair in how she made her schedule and if she scheduled you on a day you had class, even though she has a copy of your schedule.. it was up to you to find someone to replace yourself on your shift.
