Pros
You can get away with just about anything there the company very rarely fires anybody. Also the work week is usually always only 40 hoursyou will not need to put in much overtime. They have a set schedule that can set an employee up for success if you stick to it.
Cons
All they really care about is bringing in new clients and not so much about servicing their clients they currently have so you will be pressured into new business constantly.
