      Pros

      Great location and super impressive offices right at Grand Central. 5 star lunch brought in just about every single day - salmon, chicken, the works ... Pay is high and great benefits, but it has to be to keep people.

      Cons

      Very negative and aggressive work environment. Do your diligence on Managing Partner. Have fired and or lost 6 or 7 Partners, and a handful of investment professionals. North of 15 assistants have left.

      I really liked the team that I worked with and the work was generally engaging and challenging.

      Cons

      The work/life balance could be better, and the amount of panic throughout the office whenever our general partner visited was truly astonishing.
