One of the most important difference I see is, Most companies find the way to not paying the employees, but Appirio always tries to find a way to pay more to the employees. Transparency is also remarkable in Appirio. Highly skilled technocrats are leading the company.
Cons
Very fast growing with a lot of verticals and changes happening every day. On boarding process needs to be improved.
