The team culture is geared towards innovation and driving success in partnership ecosystems which is enlightening.
Cons
One of the main challenges I've faced is the frequent changes in the sales strategy and commission structures, which can be quite disorienting. Despite my best efforts, these frequent changes have significantly impacted my ability to earn commissions. This aspect could be improved to help motivate and retain sales talent.
