Pros
Great combo of super smart colleagues and truly kind humans. Leadership is easily accessible and cares. I can get things done and get noticed for it. People who do well here can move up quickly and have a lot of opportunity.
Cons
Sometimes it still feels like working for a start up, we don't have everything figured out yet. Things can change quickly and that takes some getting used to. Also - high expectations for quality work.
