Pros
The company takes culture seriously and everyone is helpful to people coming in. Company success is a team effort and all employees are shareholders. The onboarding process is extensive and depending on the role some people will not join their team for three months given product training experiences. Be aware that this is a challenging company who have built an entire application building and process management platform. Becoming product-knowledgeable is necessary to really be effective in any product role and this takes plenty of time and effort up front. However, the effort is rewarding for one who is seeking a challenge. If you're looking to coast by this is not the company for you. The company used to be D.C. headquarters-centric, but has expanded to hire fully remote people since the pandemic. Transitioning to a fully-remote-friendly culture is a work in progress, but will get there.
Cons
So far there are no cons, unless you are looking for an easy gig. It's a fast-paced company and the demands on product managers are many.
