      Pros

      Appian has a fantastic company culture with many growth opportunities. They've been voted as a Top Place to Work by the Washington Post for 8 years & ranked as a #1 software company by Gartner.

      Cons

      Senior Executives seem to be fairly disconnected to the employees but this isn't necessarily uncommon for corporations.
