      What an amazing 18 months it’s been, I’m very grateful for the guidance and training I received. Appian is undoubtedly the best company I’ve worked for, the people are top talent, the founders are very approachable and I feel privileged to have a weekly broadcast to let us know how everything it going. The business nurtures its employees and there’s a lot of opportunity to grow. I love the management and can’t wait for 2021 and beyond!!

      Pros

      I loved my co-workers. Everyone was super helpful and a lot of people were friendly. I enjoyed hanging out with them during lunch hour. People thought very highly of the management. I had a boss that really cared about me personally and was fair but kind. The company also valued personal development and gave time to learn new skills and build side projects for the company.

      Cons

      I did not find it meaningful to work on software that was helping big corporations.
