      Pros

      Great friendly environment. The team consists of young, creative and talented people, projects are cool. I've been working at Appetizer Mobile for a year and half now, started as a freelancer and full time now. From what I have seen the talents are not flowing away anywhere but stay at the company which grows. That allows you to learn from the best.

      Cons

      As a relatively new company salaries might be not the most competitive, at the beginning.

      Pros

      - Team members and supervisors are laid back and have a high level of trust for their interns - Solid client portfolio with some very reputable names - Very flexible with scheduling, no micro-management - Overall a great company to get hands-on experience if you're just starting off in your career - Direct access to the CEO, who is super friendly and great to work with

      Cons

      - COVID has made all operations go remote, which makes collaboration across teams a little difficult - Compensation (though the learning experience is well worth the trade-off)
