- Some staffing changes were sudden. This has honestly been the case most places I've worked for, though.
- Much of the initial platform code has become tech debt, but almost all of the active dev efforts have somehow addressed that.
- People in HCOL areas are probably a bit undercompensated. Additional compensation besides base is pretty rare due to budgets.
- No longer a "work from anywhere" culture as we're hiring out of specific cities. Greatly reduces the talent pool.
