Pros
The recent executive leadership change has been a breath of fresh air, refocusing on what is important to the business and its employees. The culture has been awaken with the recognition & acknowledgment of our teams being stronger together. AppFolio's recent market adjustment for all positions was overdue, but another example of the company living up to its values: Great People make a Great Company.
Cons
The only area I feel that is an example of over pivoting is when it comes to certain areas of the business and DEI. While this topic is important, it appears to be the first thing that is looked at when any decision is made, only to produce the opposite effect as it excludes or under represents, in certain cases, the majority of the company.
