10yWe are sad to hear that you feel this way. At AppDynamics, we have yearly performance reviews where you can critique your managers, and they exchange feedback with you on your performance as well. This is definitely a time to discuss any pressing concerns. Managers are also available for 1:1 meetings in which you can talk to them about anything from career growth and development, projects to team chemistry and more! We are strong believers that each AppDynamo should go after what they want and speak up. Ask for what you want and where you want to be, and we'll give you the resources to get you there!
