Colleagues are really talented and helpful. Remote work, flexible times and no overtime.
Cons
Very low salary. No plans to adjust for inflation. No clear paths of career. So you cant increase your salary by moving upwards. Your work is not defined, there are no boundaries or clearly defined expectations. So you cant earn more by doing more work as well. Many times taking initiative backfired on me. Very slow adaptation of tech for a tech company. What they consider cutting edge is at least 5 years behind. Leadership shows little interest in modern AI tooling. There is a noticeable difference in responsiveness and engagement depending on the developer's nationality. Turkish developers consistently experience slower feedback and less attention compared to colleagues of other nationalities.
