Pros
The people are brilliant, intelligent and undervalued. Very much over worked, and junior team members don’t have much guidance so little accountability to both juniors and seniors.
Cons
Certain accounts are deemed “difficult” or non profitable and are abandoned by senior management to let the juniors handle quite difficult conversations. Some relatively senior people on the writing side get away with being toxic as they ‘manage up’ well, but in fact are narcissists.
