They lie about mileage reimbursement. They lie about assignments. Understaffed and overworked Favoritism is regularly implemented. They lie about bonuses making them nearly impossible to achieve as they are based on rehospitilization rates but forcefully assign you chronically ill patients who frequent hospitals. The benefits are horrific you'll need a second job to maintain insurance. You'll be working 24/7 without an end.
