Pros
- Government job with endless meetings and no progress on anything worthwhile. - People in management have no clue how to go about business and even modest contributions are enough to be in the good books of people.
Cons
- 6 days workweek - Terrible, regressive culture with utterly incompetent leadership and senior management - Work is very underwhelming and you learn nothing of value. You will not get a job anywhere else if you stay in this organization for more than 2 years. - Bad peer group stuck in the past and very resistant to transformation. - Highly hierarchal and stifling atmosphere.
