The company is very flexible with work schedules and needs, incentives are great for motivation. Overall, management is understanding and helps develop train your sales and service needs.
Cons
Management is known to not negotiate or comply with workers needs. In fact, you may be over promised and under compensated. Opportunities to expand your career are limited, unless you are great with sales and installation. If you are a woman working in this field, expect unwanted comments and biased assumptions with absence of regulatory action with HR, nothing will get addressed. Even if you are a good worker you make not be recognized. Expect to be yelled at for working in dangerous environmental conditions.
