Pros
The lower management is still very focused on ensuring that the people are put first and that the employee is valued. There is an undercurrent inside the company that strives to innovate and continue the legacy of our founder.
Cons
Upper management seems to no longer holds that the individual employee brings value and that they are to be treated with respect or compassion. Many, if not most, decisions appear to be cost based (or at the least heavily related to cost). There is very little room to grow at this point with almost no back fill positions available including managers thus forcing most to remain in their current position for the undetermined future.
