Pros
Great people to work with, they have a lot of fun. That's about it.
Cons
Where do I start? For starters, you basically working for them half the day on all weekdays. Earliest time to go to work would be at 10am, then until 1pm, your with them at the office, learning the system. From 1-8pm, they have you door-to-door selling, which they never even mention during your interview. After that, you'll go back to the office at 8:30pm and basically stay there until 9pm. So it's from 10am-9pm mon.-fri. that you'll be looking at, not to mention you'd still be working an 8hr work day on sat. as well, so no time for yourself or with your family and friends. Next, the pay is awful. They say you would make from $350-$500/wk (which for the hours you put in, isn't even worth this pay), but I worked hard and got some sells and, for a 2 week paycheck, I only got around $300. Not to mention that they don't give out any health insurance, you pay or take your own lunch, basically no benefits whatsoever that you'd normally get with other companies, etc.
