Pros
Not one, I am afraid.
Cons
HR policies and processes are out of date and often inaccurate. Wrong advice is given out to the business. Promotions and huge pay rises awarded to whoever a Director favours, not based on experience or knowledge. Directors reward themselves handsomely, at the expense of the front line staff, who don't even get the courtesy of being informed that they won't be given a pay rise. All the good people leave at the earliest opportunity. The only people staying are those with families to feed and bills to pay, who can't risk moving. A completely biased and outdated organisation that has no idea of current best practice methods, in any area. They don't even reference check their own employees but offer a screening service to clients for employees working out on sites. Senior staff are paid off without consultation or warning, and for no good reason other than a Director decided so. Victorian methods in an ailing organisation with no prospects.
