I strongly suspect this company is legit. This company was founded by a man and his son. The father founder operates the company and does almost all important decisions like investment/hiring/business relations. But only his new grad son's name appear in the public and legal papers. Someone showed to me that the founder father was sued and default on his court orders in his home country, which can be verified from multiple foreign webpages using google translate. This company propaganda many ambitious business plans but I doubt it can implement them. Half of people and most tech team are in APAC. you will have to work long hours to communicate with them. Tech people has little flexibility for the work. It's difficult to communicate with those non-English speakers. The company culture is very weird and stressful. The father and son bosses are unnecessarily very rigid about work hours and sick leaves. Turnover rate is very high. They claim this as fast paced. It is harmful to have this company in your resume.
