1] Small company: Just like any organization, Apidel also started out as a small venture. As a tenured employee with Apidel, we are certain that you would be aware of its inception and history. Nevertheless, from a team of 3 people to a company of 100+ employees within a short span of 5 years; just in India, without taking into account the fast growing number of employees overseas, we are certain that Apidel is no longer what anyone can refer to as a small company.
2] Department size: We are sorry if we have not been able to meet your expectations with reference to maintaining a fairly proportionate room size to run a department; however, as you have mentioned that you have been working with Apidel since a year now, we are confident that the department space size has not been a grave issue for you to perform your tasks efficiently.
3] No training room: Dear reviewer, Apidel, just like every company, big or small has a sanctioned space on premises where trainings and up-skilling sessions are conducted. As a tenured employee at Apidel, it’s a bit surprising to know that you have not had the opportunity to visit this training room during your one year tenure at the company. Please connect with us and we will be glad to guide you in the direction of the training room.
4] Washroom issues: Hygiene is of utmost importance at Apidel. To ensure this is maintained, there is a team of janitors hired to keep the rest rooms clean across the company premises. However, the responsibility of keeping the restrooms clean, does not fall on the janitors alone. It’s also the user’s responsibility to maintain cleanliness when using the restrooms so that the people that follow do not face any form of inconvenience.
5] No pay: Dear reviewer, as you are a tenured employee at Apidel, we are certain that you are aware of its incentive program, which is based purely on performance, just like every other organization across industries. In addition, employees at Apidel get appraised annually according to their performance.
