Pros

Send car to home for interview, send interview call letter, offer letter to home. Thus creating a initial good impression. Then Promised me onsite opportunity but not given.

Cons

when I went for the first day to join, they took my original BE certificate and told that it will be returned immediately ,but was returned after 8 months.I was working for a better company when I joined here, but they Send car to home for interview, send interview call letter, offer letter to home. Thus creating a initial good impression. So with this new good impression,i joined here without informing my old colleauges as I had joined them just 60 days back. But during my tenure of 2 years in Technosoft there was not single onsite oppourtunity for me.In fact the management told me they have not sent anyone onsite from one year or so..for my skill set or other skill sets.

Pros

Apexon provides strong exposure to cutting-edge AI and enterprise technology initiatives. There are opportunities to work with talented teams across data, AI/ML, cloud, and digital engineering projects. Leadership encourages innovation and creativity, and employees are often given ownership over impactful client-facing work. Fast-paced environment with room to learn new skills and contribute to high-visibility initiatives.

Cons

Like many consulting organizations, priorities and timelines can shift quickly depending on client needs. Processes and communication between teams can occasionally be improved, especially during fast-moving projects. Workloads may fluctuate during major delivery periods. Bonus opportunities are available, but they are generally more accessible at higher organizational levels, which can feel limiting for some employees earlier in their career progression.
