Pros
The only pro I can add here is the benefits are decent. Not the greatest but you'll get a decent benefit package.
Cons
Turnover is rampant. If you are not pushed to quit, you will be let go for any reason so the management team can replace you with their family and friends. If you are hired, chances are you are a diversity hire and will only stay on till they find a reason to get rid of you.
In addition, the management team runs the place like high school - you're either a favorite of theirs or you're not. They provide inadequate training or no training at all. If you complain to HR, they will not work with you and instead will work with management to get rid of you. If you are desperate for a job, this would be an excellent placeholder job till you find a better one otherwise, my advice would be to run far away.
