Apex is the largest but not the best - CNC Machinist Apex Technology Systems Employee Review

The shop is very disorganized as if they have grown too fast. The tools provided to do the job are of inferior quality, there is a lack of support for the employees wanting to complete their license- the longer an employee is without a license the less they have to pay the employee - the company is not allowing employees to complete their block by creating a waiting period that could potentially slow an employee by a couple of years. Management does not listen to their employees meetings are held however nothing changes.
