Food and snacks provided on an almost daily basis. And while it’s getting better, still a little unhealthy

They have an excellent pay and benefits package and aren't scared of remote workers. Their internal recruiting staff is very personable and easy to work with. Technnical staff are Skilled, Friendly, and Helpful.

Management is completely incompetent. Its clear a tech was internally promoted to management and has 0 managerial experience or skill. They provide critiques but no recommendations. There is very little opportunity for growth here.
