Pros

Hardworking people! Leadership went through a big change lately and it has really proven to be a huge step in the right direction. Although this business is very tough and is not for the weak hearted. Apex DKI is where you want to be if you want to be the best in the business and on the "A" team. You will learn way more there than at any other restoration company. The people are amazing and are really trying to do the right thing. Although I had to go (personal reasons), I would recommend them highly to work for, but only if you're willing to be the best. Oh ya, the money is great too!!

Cons

Again, not for those that just want a job.

Pros

Very close-knit company with strong, direct relationships between employees and leadership. The owners genuinely care about their people and are always willing to help however they can. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement for those who work hard and stay dedicated. If you take care of the company, the owners and leadership will take care of you in return.

Cons

The main downside is that it’s a very demanding industry that changes and evolves quickly, so adaptability is important.

You will have the opportunity to meet and work with some very real, good, genuine people. You will learn a lot.

Cons

You will watch the real, good, genuine people get their souls crushed under the management from corporate. You will watch the people that care about the employees get pushed out to make way for more control freaks who could use many lessons on how to work with and manage others. You will hear about them being demeaned, screamed and cussed at. You will not be allowed to do anything about it because it is a family owned and operated company.
