Pros

Nothing that even remotely outweighs the cons.

Cons

As other reviewers have stated, you will likely be lied to during the interview process and told whatever you want to hear. Once you're hired you'll quickly be exposed to the frantic, disorganized, finger-pointing culture. No personal boundaries are respected in this company and they discriminate against people of color. If you try to stand up for yourself they will try to make you miserable and quit. If that doesn't work they will resort to threats and bullying. It is a very bad place to work.

Pros

They seem to pay on the higher end

Cons

Too many off-site or contract employees, basically destroys any efficiency that norma offices have Different sets of rules for onsite employees vs offsite employees Many offsite employees (full time not contract)live in SoCal but aren't required to come in the office to work. Not family friendly, looked down upon if you have family commitments that conflict with company events (even if company events are after hours) No true chain of command, no accountability Enhance the benefits, whether it is a gym membership or some kind of perk.

Pros

You wear multiple hats which can keep your job exciting and you will have exposure to large global clients. The company provides breakfast for everyone on Mondays. Some coworkers are authentic and friendly.

Cons

Overall, there is an unmistakable lack of leadership and accountability within the company. This organization will tell you exactly what you want to hear from "normal 9 - 5 hours", "raises" and even "job titles". It's simply one BIG LIE to deceive potential employees. The ceiling is very low here so don't expect a promotion or the opportunity to move up. Management often states they would like your feedback or ideas to improve the overall morale of the company; however, they will not actually apply anything discussed and continue in their old way. The environment is toxic from the top down. There is a serious lack of accountability and it often leads to who can blame who first. This blame often stems from the top down regardless of the situation. Communication and direction often lack crucial details. Management will consistently and intentionally leave out paramount details that are imperative to work being done properly. This often leads to mistakes, inefficient work, and additional unnecessary time spent to get the job done right. Job Title - Who needs a job title? It only effects your pay grade. They do not offer 401k; it has been brought up to executives multiple times but they refuse to acknowledge the topic. The turnover rate here is very high. This company maybe has thirty five employees and twelve have moved on. The company frequently utilizes contractors for projects that could be done internally and they often have very different benefits and work hours. Your personal number will be displayed on a call sheet without consent. You will receive numerous calls or texts from random numbers at all hours of the day/night because they need something immediately and have no regard for your personal situation. The company only offers 6 total holidays and you will be guaranteed to work through a least a few of them.
