Disorganized with no direction. No company values, no clear job roles, just a mismanaged mess. Sales department was mismanaged and disorganized with no clear direction or leadership. No training for your job, some systems in place but no one that works there anymore knows how to use them. Constant beratement, name calling and threats from leadership. Revolving door of employees and subs, as most subs do not get paid they just get replaced with new ones while never paying the former. No bonuses or commissions were ever paid. No work life balance at all. Leadership does not listen to the concerns of the employees. This place was a really toxic work environment.
