No processes are given to new hires it is a touch an go employment. What ever you do don't have a medical emergency or they will write you up Miss 1 day and don't have a doctors note prepared to get written up No growth upwards Poor Salary more than half of what the state average is for the system engineer position Be prepared to work from sun up till sun down with no breaks as what the management states "Its all part of the process" You will do work that normally 3-4 people would do and that includes 80% travel They have a help desk but it is not fast enough for them so you will do the help desk tickets, backups, new user setups, server setups,hardware delivery and retrieval from client sites.
