Gave me an opportunity to break into a new field and provided the tools to let me do so. As a smaller company, you get the chance to wear a lot of different hats, which might not be for everyone, but I think it makes for well rounded employees
Engagement directors really try to play to your strengths
Cons
We are 100% remote so it can feel isolating at times but I feel that HR is working to improve this
Better benefits such as a 401k match would be nice and more PTO
