      Pros

      Place to learn at career start and mid levels. Strong shareholders backing. Few strong industry known leaders.

      Cons

      Bad culture, heavily onshore driven while the competition is moving towards a one global team culture. Mistakes are always offshore, kudos are always onshore. Important people and large teams sitting in service locations just doing co ordinators jobs. Selective tracking of some emoployees with automated tool, office in out access, timesheets, where as other teams enjoy exceptions in the name of being critical

      Great flexibility with hours. Lovely people office is in a great location.

      Very busy. Sometimes long hours to fulfill deadlines

      Great people who are super friendly.

      Company is on a difficult financial position and bonuses are non existent and unable to hire new talent.
