Pros
The only pro was that I was able to work from home the past 4 years since they closed my office due to Covid in 2021. Also a con because they gave no other solutions to be in an office space.
Cons
Zero upward mobility. Screwed me on paying out my remaining PTO balance with technicalities even though I was with the company for 6 years. Offshoring all their US based work to Mexico and India to cut costs. Underpay their workers by a significant amount and look to pocket more cash for senior management. I'm literally making double my salary in a similar role while still working in NY. Look elsewhere and don't waste your time!
