Pros
- Hybrid Working Environment. They have client based in US and most of the employee does not need to visit office once in a week. - Educational Fees can be reimbursed in full if approved.
Cons
- No onboarding process at well. Employees are not treated with respect. - Reporting Structure are not clear. The work responsibilites are not properly delegated. - There is no concept of Planning. Chances of future growth are remote. - Bonus is discretionary and very low. The increment rate is only 1% on average. - There is no stability of Job. - Notice period of one month for Canada which is uncommon in the industry as most of employer required 2 week notice period.
